Was a customer for over 2 years but the service and reliability has gone down hill. After months of unreliable delivery where I had to reach out and mention that my delivery was not made, since no notification is sent that your delivery has been rescheduled I decided to cancel my account after reaching out for 3 consecutive days that my delivery had not been made despite reassurance each day that it would happen the following day. Water quality is great but not worth the hassle every month of chasing the company down to see when delivery would take place despite having an agreed upon delivery frequency and date every month and having to take out empty bottles every single day on the hope that the delivery will take place that day. I believe on their website they have "We promise you, we won't keep you thirsty" I can say that was absolutely not true for me as I would never know when delivery would be and would sometimes stay without water to the point I ended up adding an additional bottle of water to account for late delivery. After closing my account I mentioned I still had empty bottles and if they could schedule a pick up date, it had been about a month without any response so I reached out again after my account was billed again for a new delivery despite me stating I wished to closed my account. I reached out for a refund and to mention again about my empty bottles and refund was applied immediately but they scheduled the pick up until 2 weeks later... fast forward those 2 weeks and shocker no one showed up to pick up the empty bottles. I'm now 1.5 months after closing my account with no clue when the bottles will be picked up which is very inconvenient since I know have to store not only water from my new water service but these empty bottles as well. Definitely would not recommend this company.

So I just started service with Aguavida and let me say I love them! After dealing with an incompetent & inconvenient service like (cough spark cough) I am pleased with the service. They deliver great tasting water on time and its so easy. I can just go on their website and ask any questions in the pop up chat feature they have, and they on are on it! If you are in need of great tasting water delivery and want to avoid the rigamarole, go to Aguavida. :)
UPDATE: 2023 :)!! Water still tastes phenomenal and the service is so easy to use. When it comes to adjusting deliveries/ bottle quantities-- the staff is attentive and fast to respond. Happy to continue to support this business 4 years later.

Delicious, reasonably priced, clean water that is pH enhanced 8.5-9.5 with a hint of minerals. I absolutely love this water 💛 not only does it taste great, but I feel better drinking it. It comes in glass bottles so it’s environmentally friendly and they deliver right to your doorstep. I HIGHLY recommend this water!
