I had several things to discuss with Dr Monponbanua and I was able to address all of them during my visit. She is a good listener and takes notes for you so you leave with a clear, written understanding of what you two have discussed and what the plan is going forward.

Dr. Monponbanua is one of the rudest most inconsiderate doctors I've ever dealt with. I would go with my mom to her doctors appointments and the doctor just talks down to you, she didn't listen to any of our concerns when my mom was having terrible skin conditions and arthritis type issues. I requested a specific type of test and she said that the test had been completed 2 years ago and came back normal so the test wouldnt help anything because the issue it tests for doesn't just pop up...THE TEST WAS DONE 2 YEARS AGO and she didn't want to order the test even though these symptoms had been ongoing for the last year. She makes you feel dumb and dismisses anything you bring up. I'm so glad we no longer see this doctor and we found a doctor that listened to us...turns out the test I asked for diagnosed the condition I told the Dr i thought my mom had. IF YOU HAVE RELEVENT CONCERNS (and all concerns are) DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR! She will not listen and really just doesn't care about the patient!
