They might have good properties and give off the appearance that they are indeed professional. That's not the case i recommend you look for another place. I've gotten a lease with them and they made my life a living hell. They even went as far as to impose rules after i had already signed all the paperwork. They kept making excuses to evict me and i didn't even bother i honesty took my money elsewhere. These people have nice attitude only when you sign up they are lying to you about paying a high deposit and only care about money. They don't want to send someone to go fix whatever is wrong with the property. They've gone and hung up on me when i ask for credentials to report them. They themselves know that they are a dirty company i honestly rarely make reviews about anything but incan assure you. That being somewhere else that is not by AIM Properties will give you a better living experience. Theses people don't care about your family's well being.

Just a substandard PM company that does not treat their tenants with any respect or professionalism. Issues and concerns are dealt with negativity and distrust for the tenants when we are upstanding people. They also take very long to resolve any sort of issue (weeks). We live in one of the most desirable locations in Orange County and it is only because of this PM company that our stay is less than desirable. They just don't know how to treat respectable families looking to maintain a higher standard of living.

Updated AIM has indeed come back and addressed all of our issues to a decent standard. Nothing was left unresolved. With that being said, we have increased the rating and will recommend that others give AIM properties a look when relocating to the Southern California area.
