Very unprofessional, lazy, and rude staff working on today (Sunday)…Canceling insurance due to price hike without any explanation or notification and just charged my credit card like I would be okay with this. I got the same coverage, for the same vehicles at half the price they were trying to charge me through another broker.
Side note: when someone calls to update a phone number, make sure to due it. I’ve gave my new phone number 4 times in the past 3 years and still nothing. You always have trouble looking up my policy because you still have an old phone number.
