I'm normally really thorough with my reviews. Maybe too wordy at times. This time I'm almost at a loss for words. Oh, wait, here they come: This is a family-owned and run business, and They. Are. Amazing. Jimmy, Heather, and Jakob are some of the friendliest people you could ever hope to meet. They're truly interested in taking care of your vehicle's bumps and bruises, not in price gouging. If they have to order a part, they will tell you whether or not it's a good price and if they think you should wait for a better one. Unbelievable. They are also very thorough, meaning they don't just do the bare minimum and rush you out the door. I'm kinda crushing on this body shop. I cannot recommend them enough. I wish I could give them ten stars. Ok, this is the part where I tell you the things that aren't great: They're a little hard to find. They're nestled in the back of an RV/mini storage place, and their sign is small. But they will guide you in once you get close. That's it. That's the worse thing I can say about them. Seriously. If you need body shop work, do yourself a favor and come here.
EDIT:
I needed their assistance again (I'm an old lady who doesn't see very well in the dark and so I scraped against my carport support again ) They were just as gracious and helpful and warm and courteous as the last time. They didn't judge me, instead they helped me really quickly. This is, hands down, the best body shop in the world. There's a reason they have a 5 star rating!
