Fantastic hair cut and color. Didn't style my hair afterwards. Never had that happen before and was told by the manager it was a stipulation with my Groupon although my Groupon was valid for a style as well. Shelby rose was fantastic though

I am so unbelievably unhappy. I said 3 things to her. I want hair just touching shoulders, I DON’T want caramel highlights and I DON’T want it to look like a cutesy bob Yet when I walked out none of what I asked for happened. For starters I had to sit outside for 20 mins because the girl with the keys was late. I brought a ton of pics and I thought we were on the same page. First problem was the color. Even though I asked for blonde highlights she gave me caramel ones. And since she didn’t show me the back at the salon I didn’t realize the back of my hair is much lighter than the front and it’s blotchy. I mentioned that the color turned out caramel l and she said that was as light as she could get it. Which doesn’t make sense since the hair in back is much lighter. Second problem was the length. She cut it to the length I wanted dry but she just kept trimming it and it ended up about an inch shorter that I wanted. And I ended up with a few pieces that were much longer and I had to cut them at home. The last problem was it ended up looking like a cutesy bob. It may be the way she styled it. I will have to keep trying. Non the less once I got home and really looked I cried. Why can’t I just find someone that doesn’t screw up my hair??

I have had amazing appointments at Airheart with Lisa - great haircuts, an essential oil treatment, and scalp massage. So soothing and relaxing! Lisa is an excellent colorist too! Wonderful service at a healing, health-centered salon in a beautiful, friendly, and natural setting.
