From the show room experience to the delivery, the service was red carpet! Everyone went above and beyond with expertise, integrity and kindness, accommodating our needs within 24 hours! I bought the refrigerator at noon and had the new one delivered and installed by noon the next day!

Found the Frigidaire range here that the big box stores didn't have and at a great price. The sales rep was super friendly and very familiar with the features of the range. When I need another appliance, the Airport Home Appliance is my go-to store.

I used to buy appliances at the store but not anymore. I purchased a refrigerator July 1, 2024. It was supposed to be delivered on the fifth because I am going on a trip and needed it that day. The sales people said that it would be delivered on the fifth because they were busy this week. I called up at 10:00 AM just to make sure I would get my delivery. Customer service said that my delivery was canceled and I told her I never canceled it. I said I would like to talk to a manager. Waited on the phone for 15 minutes and the manager told me he will check into this and call me back. When he called me back, he told me the delivery cannot be done on the fifth as I requested. They said they did not have the manpower and they didn’t even call me to let me know this I had to call on my own. I would’ve waited home all day, and they would never of shown up. Not going to do business with this company ever again
