Our furnace went out unexpectedly and I found Airtron on Yelp. I immediately heard back from Tito and had an inspection booked for the next day. During the inspection, Tito was upfront with us about the issues with the furnace and, ultimately, we decided that it would be best to replace it.

Tito was not only able to get us a good price on the furnace and labor - seriously, we were expecting to pay double what it cost - but he also was able to get the work done two days later. We told him we had a toddler and he did everything he could to make sure we could get our heater up and running ASAP.

Like any job, there were surprises along the way, but Tito and his team handled them well. It turns out our old furnace was built into the platform it sat on. This meant Tito and team had to remove the furnace and part of the platform topper, which was a little more work than expected. They did a great job and cleaned up the space after they were through. Tito even called a couple days after the installation to make sure things were working correctly. That's top-notch customer service.

Tito gave us a very reasonable quote for our new heating and air conditioning system last year (2021). After a few other quotes from different contractors came, my wife and I decided to go with Airtron.
