Horrible..would not tow us because we wanted our 16 yr old Springer to ride up front rather in the towed vehicle...the guy was gruff and rude..seriously look elsewhere...

Broken down on the shoulder of I-5. After sundown. A&J took the call. They arrived and instead of towing me, they fixed the problem!

Broke down in 90 degree weather. Called this place for a tow at 2:30 pm after several hours and phone calls. Was promised the truck would be here in minutes. It never came. I canceled the tow at 8:30pm. Called another place was towed in less than an hour. Very poor service. Poor communication. Very frustrating all the way around. Would never recommend to anyone.
