AJB did an amazing job on my back patio and fence. Not only was his bid the most competitive, he had great ideas that made the patio look better and be more usable. I had the typical 10x10 slab. It was hardly enough space for a couple chairs. I wanted to create a bigger area for a table and BBQ. Aaron took a look at the space and suggested a nice curve to the addition. He also suggested adding an additional step on each side of the existing step (so from the slider you could step off either side onto a step rather than just the front). Genius. This never occurred to me and has been the best addition. I am not knocking off a star for this because I didn't give Aaron the chance to make it right. He crew left a bit of a mess. There were cigarette butts and the place where they sprayed off their tools created a huge 1 ft x 2 ft cement chunk that I had to dig out from under the new fence. I firmly believe that if I would have let Aaron know about this he would have been out to fix it. The contract also included a cedar fence. The fence was going to be right up against my neighbors fence so he helped brainstorm options so I could get it stained before it went up. He ended up picking up the boards and dropping them off at my house about a week or two prior to install so I could stain both sides before it went up. No one else offered this option. I am so pleased with my fence and patio. I think they look great. I'm a bit late posting this review, the work happened in 2015; but I still love it and recommend AJB for anyone looking for a patio or fence. I also recommend AJB if you're looking for someone to partner with you and find solutions - I really appreciated Aaron's willingness to brainstorm with me, offering ideas and practical suggestions. I completely believe I wouldn't be as happy with my backyard as I am today without AJB. (In the pictures the back fence is the one AJB installed.
