I have found that working with Ajilon, recruiters constantly rush you into decisions, send your resume and then are radio silent just letting you assume you did not get an interview. I was also emailed with a position, sent in my resume and then when I asked about the position was told, “you aren’t qualified for this specific position”. However, the recruiter was the one sending me the position. They rarely seem to actually know a lot of information about positions they are sending you and when asked questions it feels hurried and brisk. Especially in a time when it’s hard looking for work in a COVID world, I felt that I was working with someone who did not care and was ultimately a salesmen just trying to get a paycheck. I had missed a call and called back to find that the mailbox was full and was required to send an email just to respond to the voicemail. A second recruiter that I wasn’t working with even ended up finding a job and calling me FOR the recruiter who was working with me. I would not recommend working with Ajilon.
