I love the fact that this place is close to my home, and has great meat cuts for their shabu. The sidebar has a lot of good extra selections for your meal as well. I love the spicy creamy chicken broth, it's the best broth option on the menu in my opinion.
Parking is relatively easy, and the staff is also very friendly. They allow you to bring your own alcohol which is also a great feature.
I will say that the ambience leaves a little bit to be desired, it's pretty basic and the decor is a bit strange. This restaurant is also located in kind of a sketchy part of town, so I wouldn't want to be walking around late at night after eating here.
But I would say overall, you get a good value for your money, the food is definitely very decent, and the staff is friendly.
