like the other review i had to bring my car back 4 times to get them to install my alarm correctly. the last time i dropped it off at 12pm, it was supposed to be done by 3pm they got to it at 7pm and i got it at 8pm. all the while waiting around with a friend. Juan the owner is a total jerk and also tried to turn it around on me, say ing that it was my fault he did it wrong...
