Had some keys cut (10 total). Fast service. Price was very good. And all the keys worked perfectly!

Very unsettling experience by a complacent clerk behind the till. I'm sure he was used to dealing with contractors who knew something about locks, but I was a woman who didn't have the "terminology" right.....and he went above and beyond to point out how stupid he thought I was! In one instant, he 'informed" my ignorant self that "locks were for keys" or "keys were for locks"...... I don't remember which, as by that time I was thoroughly perplexed by his deep, exasperated sighs and rudeness! Maybe I should have joked about him having a bad day, but in my opinion, he didn't like his job, had no patience, and shouldn't have been behind the till if he didn't know how to greet customers!
