I have to say, dealing with anything that has to do with court and/or jail, is never enjoyable and really adds to my stress and anxiety. I know I got myself in my this mess and I understand, if you do the crime, you do the time. Life is filled with obstacles and I do my best to stay on point with appointments and responsibilities. That being said, I did miss a court date and I about had a panic attack when I realized. So today I went to Aladdin Bail Bonds, with a knot in my stomach. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, offered coffee and tea, and took a seat. I had the absolute privilege of working with Celia Pablo. She spoke to me with respect, broke everything down for me, and made sure I knew what I was signing, what was expected of me, answered any questions I had, and also reassured me that they are on my side and that I can reach out to her with any questions or concerns. Celia Pablo is kind and put my mind at ease, and never spoke down to me, to make me feel like I am "a bad person or a hopeless criminal " I just want to thank her and everyone at that office. When dealing with something so stressful, it's refreshing to have a place that goes out of their way to be on your side and make the process a lot less hectic. Thank you Aladdin, and Celia Pablo, thank you for everything, I truly appreciate you.
