Fantastic gift store! Visiting family here in Seattle and I'm from the Midwest. Great selection of small batch local 'made in America' items and gifts. Hilariously wonderful selection of unique gift items! Not your typical tourist shop - great selection of Seattle gifts as well. The owner is fabulous!! Love that she supports local artists.

Alair has been my go to gift shop for years. I discovered them when I randomly won an Instagram contest of theirs and have been a loyal customer since. They have something for everyone — and I mean EVERYONE. their goods are high quality, their staff are fantastic, and I love their punch card system for greeting cards. I can’t recommend Alair enough!!!

The posted hours on Tuesdays are 12 to 530. I arrived at 1 PM on a Tuesday and it was marked closed and not even a sign for will be back in 20 minutes, etc. Totally unacceptable for a business with a storefront.
