I had searched for some time to find a cleaner willing to clean/repair a linen roman shade that had been water stained. Alameda Cleaners happily agreed to try and the results were fantastic - absolutely no evidence of the extensive water staining. The customer service, turnaround and pricing were terrific. Their work saved me the expense of replacing three roman shades. Following that success, I took an oriental carpet in for cleaning and had similarly good service. They will be my go-to for carpet and upholstery cleaning!

We were referred to Alameda Cleaners by a sales associate when we bought a piece of furniture and a rug. That was 5 years ago, and we have used them to service our throw rugs and to treat our new upholstered furniture. They are wonderful! They are timely with their communication and service. The quality of their work is outstanding! I feel fortunate to have found them.

I've had rugs cleaned at a couple different rug cleaning businesses in Portland, but hands down got the best service and results from Alameda Cleaners. I had cat urine on a couple of them and they came out without a trace of cat odor left. The manager reached out to make sure I was satisfied. I'm extra happy with any business who understands the value of providing good customer service anymore, and Alameda does. From the manager to the people at the desk, I get the feeling that they're like a family and that they really care about their customers and the quality of work they provide.
