My Wife and I stayed for two nights at the Alameda County Fairgrounds RV Park to attend our Grandson's sporting event. The RV Park is basically a gravel parking lot with electric, water, and sewer hookups. The sites are very close together. The electric pedestal, water hookup, and sewer hookup for the neighboring site was within two feet of our RV entry door. The neighboring site did not do a very good job of hooking in their sewer connection. As a result, the sewage smell was very evident. 80% of the sites in the park were the same configuration. The park was very quiet. The bathroom and shower areas were very clean. Everyone in the park was very nice. There are two large grassy areas outside the park to run and play with your dog if you like. If we had a choice, we will probably choose an alternate RV park for the future. There are additional sites under construction. However, the additional sites appear to be the same configuration with the sewer very close together. Absolutely no picnic benches or trees.

Parking and Entry were pretty seemless..Errything you could possibly want at a " FAIR" was available. Extar Long Hot Dogs, Cotton Candy, Funnel Cakes, Turkey Legs & Turkey Leg Taco, Pizza by the slice , Bobo, and so much more..The lines were long but move very quickly "Without" a Fast Pass‼️ Errything actually pretty good with Exception of racist issuse involving my niece at the end the evening. The incident was reported to " Upper Management " and my neice was " Comp" for next year " and was advised the issue will be addressed IMMEDIATELY ‼️

Fun place to spend the day during the fair. The Drone show at 9:30pm was very good. There was a lot of the same Bar B Que restaurant and food all over the fair. Average price was around $20 just for a burger, Hot Dog or Corn Dog but they were all enormous. A lot of fun rides for all ages.
