Had my son's birth certificate issued there in March 2013. The process took too long but the people working there are very friendly! All the best!

Worst experience ever. Made a mistake on our license and they decided it was invalid and said we’d have to pay again to get a new one. We just want to be married. This is an overly bureaucratic organization that is more concerned with taking money than helping people fill out the forms to be legally married.
