Just who is this Alisha Marquez? Who gave the vote for this joke? Who is responsible for Appointing Her? Why wasn't there a Special Election? I took a deep dive about this hack and discovered she has failed upwards... she was appointed as a council member at Haywards. Then she runs unopposed in that city...now, here? Who is Appointing these un- vetted politicians?
