I would rather have given this company zero stars if possible. I have been trying to pay my bill and I cannot get in touch with anyone. They sent me the bill and did not provide a code that would allow me to pay online. I have been calling their billing office and leaving voicemails for the last 3 days. I have also called other numbers and sent an email to their billing office for support and no response. It is extremely frustrating that I am required to pay a bill that I cannot even pay! I'm very disappointed in Alameda Health System and their very poor customer service. Very unprofessional.
