My family has been going to doctor Engelberg for over 15 years and he takes very good care of us. He'll give it to you straight without the b.s. he truly cares for his patients and he has so much experience that anyone would benefit from him!

You can not find any medical office worse than Doctor Engelberg. The Receptionist/Secretary, Kat, polishes her nails while phones are ringing and patients are waiting to make their copays. My lab result was filed in another patient's file by this inadequate secretary. I am HMO patient. She is so lazy that she is reluctant to put the requests for referral in to the system or she puts the requests in accurately. For my two surgeries, I had to go to upper levels to get authorizations to see Neurosurgeon. When the mail order sent their forms to the doctor, the information, medication and dosage were inaccurately filled out. I had to terminate the service of the doctor for how he services and run his office.

Horrible horrible service, often don't answer the phone, never have they called back on a message I have left. Gave up on a transfer actually working, finally paid $50 for 5 pages digitally (mostly receipts). Stay FAR FAR away.
