They are always friendly, do a thorough job and are transparent with pricing. They really need a small snacks and free coffee/drinks area. If I am spending 2600 dollars, the least I could get is a free soda and grab bag of chips.

Never Again! I have three Nissan car and I will never have my car serviced here again. They are disorganized, don't have the training they need and the service manager is awful. the employees are all in a bad mood and don't care about the customers. I will be filing a complaint with Nissan about the botched recall on my car.
