I went into this store on Monday evening to pick up a few things, I asked the Asian lady (manager/owner) what time does this store close and she said 6pm, so I knew I needed to go to the check out line. There were three customers in front of me, as we were standing in line to be checked out the staff turns out the light and left us in the dark and no one said anything but me. I said, " I THINK THAT IS REALLY RUDE THAT YOU ALL TURN THE LIGHTS OUT ON US, WHILE WE ARE STILL HERE IN STORE. Then I asked what if someone falls because it's black dark in the store. The staff said no one is going to fall. At that time I was next in line and I said to the young lady that was checking me out, I didn't know the store closed at 6pm or I would not have come in here I thought it closed at 7pm so she proceeded to check me out. After about 1 minute, she said stick your card in again. By that time, the manager cut the register off and would not cash me out. Then she said, can you READ the sign said we close at 6pm, she came into my personal space talking loud. First off, I am very educated, secondly 3 nights they close at 6pm and 4 nights at 7pm, so who can keep up with it. Still the manager is rude as ! I have spent a lot of money and will not be back Periodt!!!! As far as the staff that is backing her and know she's wrong, you all are even ruder!!!!!
