I just called this supposed Palo Alto Medical Foundation at 500 San Pablo Ave in Albany CA and was told this is NOT, I repeat NOT a PAMF facility. I work in the east bay and it is much easier for me to do any medical things over where I work but this is a Sutter facility and they do not have access to my records (that go back since the beginning of doing patient records on computer. I have no issue with the facility but I am strongly upset that the website is misleading and that even though the website states it is a PAMF facility it is NOT.
