Albany Secure Storage exudes excellence. I had such a positive experience with the cleanliness of the facility and the unit. The manager, Sophia, was professional, informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. She went above and beyond as a manager, customer care and front desk support . If I ever move back to Albany I will no doubt be coming back here!

I love this place!!! I have been here for over 2 years now, I love that when I had a problem with my payment they would give me a call.I left my unit with no lock and they locked it up for me. So thankful to have that wonderful Sophia In the office. She’s my favorite with her amazing Since of humor and friendly service. Thank you so much Sophia you are amazing!!!!!
