I wish I didnt have to give any stars! ZERO star establishment! When there is a monopoly in a town; the business can do/say what they want. Talking to the employee (older, short hair) was like talking to a wall. She was RUDE and WRONG. It's sad that they will stay in business because they are the only bowling alley in Albany, GA! Customer service isn't a priority here and its sad. Just do right by people. Life isnt promised. Especially when people are paying for a service/entertainment.
