Worst experience ever. We purchased over $12.000 worth of appliances from them since they were recommended by our contractor. the fridge they sold us was a used one that was returned to them because the water line was broken so we had to replace it and the replacement one is not working either, when we called for service they sent us GE Technician when our Fridge is a Kitchen Aid band. the washer and dryer were sold to us used also, the drum on the washer was completely disconnected, when we tried it for the first time, it started vibrating hard and started leaking water all over our floor, damaged the wood floor, when they send their tech he was shocked and witnessed the floor damage. when we called to complain they treated us like we are trying make things up and just wanted some money from them. now the stove: since day one it will not light up so they send a tech to look at it ( less than a week after we purchased it) determined that the heads were not lined up, we followed his recommendations but we can never know when it will light up and when not, after a month the spark stopped working and we have to use a lighter to use it ( when it works ). the hood fan: it stopped working completely , this was almost a $2000 hood fan. when we called for service they said that they are 1-2 months out that means we should stop cocking until they can find us a tech to come out. Don't get fooled by their advertising campaign and name, they are a bunch of liars. I spoke to their service manager, he was very rood and started being sarcastic over the phone and finally hang up. their prices are not the best either, we found that we paid at least 10-15 % over what we could've paid for the same Appliances from other retailers. I recommend you do your home work before you give your had earned money to these people.

After my experience with Albert Lee I am not surprised by their 1.5 out of 5 rating with the BBB.
I purchased a dishwasher from Albert Lee Appliance in February 2022. During installation of the appliance, the control panel of the dishwasher was damaged as were the hardwood floors in two different rooms of my home (entry and kitchen). Before they left I was told to sign a paper that installation was complete and that someone would be in touch regarding the damage.
I spoke with them later that day, and to their credit they got me scheduled with Appliance Service Station for one month later. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to acknowledge or accept responsibility for the damages done to my floors. I provided them with photos and videos of the damage that very day, including the fresh shavings next to the groove that their hand truck had gouged in my hardwood.
I had to call four times over the course of two months to try and get a response on the floors, and after constantly being told someone would be calling me back I received an email simply stating: "I have passed this info onto the managers of the warehouse and they feel that this damage was not done by the Albert Lee install team."
Good to know that they don't FEEL that the damage was done by them. Fact of the matter is that it WAS done by them. They have refused to refund the delivery fee and have refused to pay for damages to the floor.
I will avoid this vendor at all costs in the future.
