We placed an order for a new washing machine after ours quit mid-cycle. We found a machine at Albert Lee that was in-stock and available via their 2-day delivery. When the salesperson called me to complete the transaction, he could not commit to the 2 day delivery but would do his best. The next morning, he called to say a crew could deliver and install that day given our situation….great! Too good to be true? Yes. The install crew showed up and immediately asked what kind of pipes we have behind the walls….um, pvc? Sorry ma’am, we can’t install here. It’s a liability issue. What?! The salesperson never asked the question and sent a machine and a crew out. We can leave it here but we can’t touch it. So..I ended up removing the old and installing the new myself with verbal guidance from one nice installer. It wasn’t difficult, but I do know that I will not be purchasing appliances from Albert Lee again. Not the best way to make a sale…..

The guys showed up when promised, very professional I was asking question and they were happy to answer any and all I had. I would recommend this company and will use them for future purchases..
