Albert Nahman totally saved our bacon. We've been renovating a home for my elderly mother-in-law to move into so she can be near us. We put months of work into it, only to realize two days before she was set to arrive from overseas that the hot water heater was busted. That was Saturday afternoon. By 7AM Monday morning, Evan was back with our new water heater, which he had picked up from the supplier earlier that morning, meaning he was already on the job before the sun had come up. A few hours later, the original, ancient heater was gone, the new one was fully installed and operational, he'd installed a few extra parts to bring us up to code (like I said, the original heater was olllllld), and Evan had cleaned up the job site so well it was like he'd never been there, all just in time for my mother-in-law to arrive. And of course, as has been the case each time we've worked with Albert Nahman, what we were quoted in the estimate is exactly what we paid, not a penny more.
