Terrible, terrible customer service. I've had this agent for the last 3 years and not once have I received the help that I needed whenever something was off with either my premium or my discount.

For example, my drive safe and save discount dropped off even though I updated my odometer in time. To find out what happened took over 2 months of me repeatedly calling them every week and nobody had a clue what had happened. I still don't know if the issue has been resolved or not. Whenever I call them, they claim they can see the discount on my account, but not one person has been able to tell me what my discount amount is or why it dropped off. When I called last week, they claimed that they see a discount amount much lower than what I see on the app. When I asked them why I see a different number, they asked me to not believe what the app shows. It's a joke.

Secondly, my premium shot up by over $160 last year and nobody was able to give me a clear answer as to why. They kept playing tag, until I gave up calling them.

Don't believe their Google rating. Stay far away from this agent.
