Terrible humidor for cigars. This place should stick to Swisher sweets and black and milds. Nothing worth the price offered in any of the cigars and very lackluster customer service.
Do yourself a favor and take the trip to Danville cigars.

Visited this location while on a business trip to the area. There are several smoke shops in Castro Valley, but this one was by far the best. Customer service was excellent and store has a variety of products to include clothing and accessories available for purchase. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Came by early Sunday evening. Was greeted and assisted by the gentleman working at the counter. He had great customer service and was very helpful. From snacks to novelties, I was able to find what I was looking for with ease. Definitely better customer etiquette than other places I’ve been to.
