It’s a decent restaurant. I had dinner there once (no pictures) and breakfast also once. The avocado toast was really tasty and I liked the bread. Good cappuccino. Overall I really liked it. For a hotel restaurant, it’s not bad though it doesn’t match the quality of other restaurants in the area.

Alder&Ash is located inside Sheraton in Seattle. I absolutely loved the warmth and ambience of the restaurant. The food was delicious. They had quite a few options for vegetarian. I really liked the hummus platter and the mushroom risotto. The drinks are great. I ordered the cosmopolitan and Krish ordered something with scotch.
Fun fact: They make scotch in house and distill it at least 3 times. The staff were fantastic and super welcoming. For dessert we ordered the flourless cake and pistachio ice cream. Their huckleberry one is not on the menu anymore but our server was super generous and she got 2 scoops of huckleberry ice cream for us.
My overall experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend people in and around Washington to visit Alder&Ash.

Multi level seating with many variations from bar seating, booths, tables and semi private rooms adjacent to dining room. We were seated in a curved booth that faced the dining room that quickly filled up in the hour we were there. Prices seemed very reasonable and no additional hidden fees to cover wages like most other downtown restaurants. Steamed Penn Cove Clams was delicious with a touch of spice but was missing the sourdough bread as advertised. The Braised Painted Hills Short Rib Rigatoni was equally delicious. Wait staff was attentive and a Manager checked on us. I would return.
