Nothing but chaos and favoring indivuduals!!! I dont see anything equal about the place!! Definitely not the place I would look into to stay at!! The management before was a joke but minded his business...management now is picky and choosie!! I do know that at one point there wasn't any problems with one of the "tenants " and then all of a sudden there's a major problem!! Oh, and there was also another tenant that had been living in one of the apartments for a few years and no problems. Out of the blue the tenants were given some paper stating that the individual was not allowed to reside there. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY HOUSING?? NOT THERE!! And how is it that one gets a "48 HOUR NOTICE" for inspection but receives it the day after the inspection took place!?!? So in other words...if you are new to the area and/or have never known the the local people that are so.called "running these apartments" you're GOLDEN!! My daughter resided here and it was a joke!! My $.02...DONT DO IT!! THERE ARE OTHER PLACES TO LOOK INTO AND I DEFINITELY WOULD DO SO!!

Management's in turmoil, since last Fall. Property & Tenants are DOING WITHOUT. Cars are being striped of parts, items have been Stolen from laundry room & we shouldn't have use such a Dirty, nasty place to wash clothes. Just shameful.

I have been told that you are not approved even if you are disabled and elderly they don’t want you in. They give excuses for it and then you ask them to give you the paperwork for the reason you are denied and they don’t want to send you a paper so you can file it with the equal right comisión! Thought you could appeal a decision if it was wrong. But hear they don’t let you and the person you send the evidence only says that she only does what her boss tells her to do. Without giving you the name and number of the person!! Mistakes are made and in this place they are not willing to give you the time so you can provide them with answers!!!! Bad management and very unprofessional. They are not willing to help the people. If a problem arises. If I could give them a zero I would. Very unprofessional and no one is willing to help you with the issues. Hopefully the people who are the owners can see the problems that’s happening.
