The sales guy lied through his teeth. I found a pair of boots but they didn't carry a size 11 Wide in the store so he said he could order them and have them delivered to my house. If they didn't fit I could return them free of charge. He also said they could stretch them to see if they would fit.
The boots came but only 11 regular width. I looked on the website to see why not wide and they don't come in wide width, even though the guy said they had 12 pairs of regular and 20 pairs of wide in stock.
They didn't come with a return label so I will have to pay to return them.
As for stretching, it's a gamble because once they stretch them, they can't be returned. So, do I gamble $145.00 on stretching or just get my money back and shop elsewhere?!!!!
Now, I have to drive 45 minutes away to return them when I only bought them with the understanding that if they didn't fit I could just attach a return label and mail them back.
