Just left this store...
Returned these really cute boots because they were too small,
no questions were asked because the item was in its perfect original condition,
--BUT!
received the WORST vibes & UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE from ALL 3 employees on the floor for doing so.
Little did they know I was planning on exchanging the boots in addition to finishing my xmas shopping and buy my sisters their gifts but not thank you.
I can't stand jerks.
This employee should be fired! On 12/10 we came to this store to return online order. After 30 min the only employee serving customers told my wife that she needs some barcode to return and send her away. After wasting time searching thru website we realized employee just needs to enter order #. Trying second time and employee was still unable to complete return and didn't suggest anything, stared at us with apologizing eyes. I asked for a manager to help with return but manager from her words was on a brake. At 7pm, when store is set to close! After some waiting I stepped into back room to inquire when the manager would be able to help to know if it's worth waiting. Without letting me to say a single word, the manager, from her words, (on the photo) started yelling at me aggressively demanding to go away threatening to call security. Being frustrated with such rude behavior I took a photo of her and then she immedately stood up, confronted and grabbed my phone with force. Then she was trying to access it to delete photo. I repeatedly asked her to return my phone. She didn’t and continued to demand to delete photo and threatening that nobody would complete my return. (There were 3 employees in the store now, and nobody would do a thing). Every single word that i would say she interrupted with yelling. I didn't want to escalate conflict any further and said that i'm leaving and will call police for theft. Eventually she returned my phone and kicked out me and my wife away. I've never expected to experience anything like this before thruout my life. This person should not work in customer service!
