very well store with many options that you can get in a short period of time. i got my dress only 2/3 months before my quince and got the dress exactly a month before the day of. coustemer service just isnt the best due to lack of communication between the workers/ apppinments mostly,and a bit of pushy where i only tried on one dress but i thankfully liked it

Horrible customer service and very unorganized business. We ordered our items in March and we came to pick them up in November. They knew we were coming ahead of time… and they still didn’t have certain things ready. Staff is very unprofessional and rude.We arrived at 10 am and the items we ordered were incorrect. We were told it could be fixed and to come back an hour later… we got our stuff and left at 12:45. 2 hours and 45 minutes of waiting when we were told the items were done and ready to go. They don’t care how far you come from or how long they make you wait. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Worst place to buy a quinceañera dress. I was change for the packet and everything was a different color than the dress, the Eiffel Tower that was part of the decoration was stain, the dress from the last doll was not the color nor near similar to my daughter's dress. They dont give you your money back and you have to keep the nasty items ev ed n if you didn't like them.
