2023: I needed another link fixed. This time he was busy and I had to leave it with him. Quality and price was the same, awesome. However, of the four times I went during business hours, the door was only open twice. My suggestion to you: call before you go over there. Suggestion to owner: have a Facebook page or something that you can put the address on the store and you can post why you’re not there. Not being open during hours posted on the business is by far the largest complaint anyone has.
2018: Reattached the bracelet on my Citizen Eco-Drive. Cut the pin to length and laser welded each end. Price was extremely reasonable too!

Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process of building my fiancé’s engagement ring. He made it easy to pick out the design I wanted and guided me through the stone selection process. He was open and honest about suggestions based off his experiences over the years. I had a tight timeframe I was trying to meet for my proposal opportunity and he had everything done and back to me with a week to spare! Thank you Dan for everything!
