From the moment we walked in, I had a wonderful experience here. We were looking for a mother of the bride dress. Margarita took time to get an idea of we were looking for. She picked out one dress for my mom to try on and it was absolutely stunning! Great pricing, great selection. Highly recommend.

I give them a 4 because they were friendly and attentive when it was our turn but they need more staff. Got there when they were scheduled to open and waited 15 minutes for someone to arrive to open, other times had to wait about 15-20 to be helped. (Daughters were in a quinceanera that selected this store)

This place was so unwelcoming from the moment my friend and I walked in. We were immediately asked what we were looking for . We pointed out a couple dresses one in particular were the lady with the curly hair continued to say no you won't fit into this size 6 you are more like a size 14 which I let slide. Second time was when she measured me for my dress reassuring me I was a size 14 which ended up being wrong the dress was hanging over my body way to big I opted for another dress which was also a size 14 she said they could alter it which I was OK with but also wondering why couldn't she just order my actual size vs me having to pay unnecessary alterations. During the cutting process I never really got what I wanted because she kept trying to do it her way. I ended up taking my dress somewhere else to finish the alterations. Anyway the alterations alone were about 100 dollars I couldn't believe it very rude lady no customer service experience. I paid alot more then I should for such a basic dress lesson learned I will never go back
