What a truly great experience with Alger Towing. I couldn’t be more pleased in a dire situation. After working a 12 hr shift and calling my insurance to be towed by another company which canceled my pick up after an hour wait, last min. I searched and called over 10 locations all with 2-3 hours wait times. Alger Towing was my next call on the list and not only did they come through with their word on a 30 min arrival but handled my car with the upmost care. I have a 2019 e63s, and the care this company showed was 100% a god send. Just when my frustration met an absolute peek, i interrupted their family time for a tow and was tended too ASAP and my car my taken care of. as you all read this you can tell my passion with my experience. Thank you Alger Towing for everything tonight. You guys are a Mom and Pops company that still has the sincerity of what we all look for. I hope this review reaches others and my words help pay it forward.

My wipers stopped working in the middle of the freeway, and we had to pull over. Ben came to the rescue. He was so kind and helped us. Thanks to him we were able to make it home safe and sound. He went the extra mile for us and I will never forget what he did for us. THANK YOU BEN!! From the Canadians girls.
