I have been a loyal patient at Dr. Chao's office since 2015, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Back then, I was quite apprehensive about visiting a dentist, especially with a painful tooth that might have required an immediate root canal. It was through an ad that I discovered Dr. Chao and decided to take a chance – a decision I'm incredibly grateful for.
Dr. Chao not only addressed the pain in my tooth with precision and care but also performed a crown procedure that exceeded my expectations. The relief from the pain was immediate, and the crown has been a durable solution. Despite moving to Fontana, I continue to make the journey to see Dr. Chao regularly for cleanings.

Dr. Chao and his staff are amazing. For many years i was terrified of going to the dentist. I read about Dr. Chao and how he caters to "chickens", ( and yes that's me, i'm a big chicken), and i decided to check it out. I am so amazed at how painless everything has been. My first visit i was so nervous i was literally shaking, but they soon made me feel very calm and relaxed. I told Dr. Chao how terrified i was, he was very understanding and gentle and assured me i would be ok and woudn't feel pain. All the staff as well was very caring and understanding. Oh and my the way, i'm afraid of needles, and was so nervous of getting the anestesia shot, well Dr. Chao himself did the shot, and i didn't even feel it, i just started feeling my lip numb and i asked him " you did the shot already? I didn't even feel it!" That's how good he is. The rest of the procedure was painless as well. I usually don't take the time to do reviews, but this is a big exception. Dr. Chao has greatly helped me overcome my fear of dentist, and at least in his hands i am not afraid anymore. I wish i would have come here sooner, i'm so happy i found Dr. Chao. So i'm spreading the news! Dr. Chao really is pain free. For any fellow "chickens" out there or anyone in general that wants comfortable and excellent quality dental work i highly recomend Dr. Chao at Alhambra Dental. Thank you.
