All of the office personnel are always very rude. Never greet you with a smile, never try to assist you in a problem. Talk to you like you are beneath them.

Have an EMERGENCY LEAK!! They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!

Wonderful, they took everything fast and efficiently and we could put water and trash on one bill. Only downside is you can not setup water online. Need to come in person. But super friendly people.
