I purchased a shirt for my wife last week. We would have come into the store to use the dressing room, but the changing room is on the second floor. Since my wife is in a wheelchair there was no access to the only space to determine a proper fit. Upon making the purchase the sales person did not inform me that all purchase returns are for in-store credit only, nor was this information posted in the store or the receipt. When I came back to the store to make an exchange for a larger size (at first they thought I was returning the shirt), Ali informed me that because they’re a small store only in-store credit is given. Seriously, because of their size, my funds are held hostage and thus forcing me to return whether I want to or not. Fortunately, the exchanged shirt fit my wife; Unfortunately, because they are not ADA compliant, and their return policy is so out of step with these current times, we will be returning.
