I recently moved into this wonderful apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. A huge shoutout to Sarika, the leasing consultant, whose assistance made the entire lease process and move-in experience smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to address all my concerns.
I also want to express my gratitude to Miguel for his outstanding maintenance support. He promptly and efficiently addressed my maintenance request, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and skill. It's refreshing to know that the staff here takes such pride in ensuring residents have a positive living experience.
Recently we’ve been experiencing very poor customer service from our lease office. Employees seems quite unfriendly and unhelpful. In the last few months we were charged twice because of club house cleaning fee just because kids used chalk on the patio and late payment fee, by passing the rent due date with only one day when it was long holiday weekend. Last year we had a wonderful and friendly stuff, who were always willing to cooperate and help. I am looking forward to new stuff members that hopefully will be coming soon and will make us feel home like it should be and used to be. I would say Brianna and maintenance team are always nice and kind! Definitely great place to live at, but we need new lease office employees.
