I met Alicia at an open house. Although we didn't end up working together on that transaction, she maintained contact with me for over a year afterwards. She is organized, gently persistent and professional. Her knowledge and connections helped us to rent our condo quickly and at the amount we were seeking. She obtained bids for painting, coordinated professional photos, held an open house and screened potential tennants. Without Alicia, the process would have been a lot more stressful and taken significantly longer time. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Alicia again and I recommend her to anyone who wants to work with a true professional who is easy to work with and will get you results.
