Silva in the Escrow department is so pleasant such a delight to deal with however in the billing department is very rude and nasty. Very poor customer service on there behalf. Lady was not letting me talk not sure if she was having a bad day or what but it is not acceptable to speak to clients that way. I was simply calling in a few months prior to get my next due date for my bill next quarter so I can pay 1 year in advance like I’ve been doing in the past. Connie kept talking over me and saying it’s the same amount every time and same due date.it’s actually not the same amount that’s not true . Last year it went up from the year before that one. She would not let me finish my sentence and started elevating her voice and I said please dont speak to me that way and she kept talking over me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she placed me on a very long hold . I eventually called back and spoke to the escrow department as I have there number saved in my phone to find out the supervisors are not even there today. She kept me on hold for 14 mins for no reason. I called back and she answered the phone I asked who is this and she placed me on another hold without giving me her name and that’s when this nice man Alex picked up and helped me with my needs . This nasty behavior from Connie is Unacceptable ! I felt like I was literally harassed and bullied by her. I hope no one else has to deal with her like I did! I’m still so shocked up by the whole thing!
