Such a lovely venue. My daughter attends 2 classes here through the City. We are happy with all the class and event choices they offer for adults and children. It's really a nice, well maintained place with some interesting history of the grounds. Would definitely recommend.

Had the opportunity to be a day of coordinator with Perfect Pair Events LLC. Second time last year and AV Ranch did not disappoint. The place is beautiful and very clean. It feels like new. Staff is incredibly helpful, as they are kind. Hope to be back this year, planning and coordinating some more Spectacular events.

This venue had it all! The staff was amazing and so so helpful through every step of the process. Little need for decor as this venue speaks for itself. Great options for ceremony and reception and cocktail hour. Phenomenal prices for what you are getting and plenty of parking for all. You can bring in your own vendors which is great but they also have their own to recommend as well. A real DIY situation which is great! So many photo opps and a very rustic/country feel. The venue used to be home to a blacksmith business and therefore there are cool wood structures and old historic machinery on the premise that give it a timely feel. Highly recommend!
