Omg I had the best experience towing my car Nathan was very professional he was kind polite and very friendly he got there in 10 minutes didn’t waste time honestly he was the best guy I’ve had so far in 15 years that I been with AAA I wish I can request him every time I need road assistance but I know it doesn’t work that way I just want to say thank you for having amazing people like him. I called AAA and Aliso Viejo Towing came within 15 min with tow truck.
Jacob was the driver they sent and he was so very nice, clean, knew exactly what to do.
Before towing he checked the battery and starter and found it to be the starter.
He was very efficient in loading the car and a very personable young man. Thank you.

Aliso Viejo Towing damaged my fully restored, "cherry" 1971 El Camino and refused to pay for the damages. Their truck driver/operator incorrectly towed my vehicle for 20+ miles to the repair shop and ended up causing $3k in damage that they refused to pay for and then stopped answering/returning calls when I called them out for it. They offered to "split" the costs, which was just insulting, when their drivers are inexperienced and untrained, and the owner and manager refuse to take responsibility.
