I echo the other review here completely... I wish I had seen this before we went into our doctor's appointment with this doctor.
We had to go into Allegro Pediatric (Redmond) for a last-minute doctor's appointment for our child, but our child's general pediatrician was not available that day. We got assigned to Dr. Lowen. It was by far the worst experience we have had at Allegro Pediatric after years of visiting this pediatric clinic. Dr. Lowen was dismissive of our concerns, did not have any patience to listen to what we are trying to say, did not care about the well-being of our child, and kept on saying she would need to refer us to someone else (a specialist) because she did not want to be responsible for the specific issue our child has. She kept on "offering" solutions that she was "comfortable" with, and went on to prescribe medications that we said multiple times did not work for our child. We told Dr. Lowen that going through the specialist doctors path would likely take a long, long time before my child will receive any diagnosis or treatment. Dr. Lowen dismissed our concern by saying she thinks we will be seen very quickly. After we left the appointment with her, we immediately called the list of 6-7 specialist doctors that she provided, and all of them would need us to wait for 3-4 months to even see our child for an intake (so likely even longer before our child would receive any formal diagnosis or treatment).
Meeting with Dr. Lowen was indeed a complete waste of time, energy, and money. She does not care about you. She tells you everything that you could have already easily found based on a quick Google / WebMD search. We regretted seeing her.
