I go to this store every week to buy soap and every time i go there the old red haired lady says some thing rude to me, last time i was being helped by some one else and the old red haired lady yells in the back ground HES A SOAP JUNKIE, other times she says ITS YOU AGAIN in a rude way, i noticed what she does is she will says some thing rude and after act like its just a joke and another thing she does is she will ask you a question and while your talking she will just leave or go on the phone. My mom and brother also said they dont like her attitude and they dont wanna go there again. I think a rude person like that shouldnt be working there, who knows how many other peoples day got ruined by her

I went on customer appreciation day! Last Thursday of the month. It says 20% off on a big sighn at the front of the door. Its a lie! Its only 5% off the sticker price. Then I asked why its not buy one get one half off anymore and she preteded like she had no idea what I was talking about. Then I heard her admit that she lied to me after I left! Haha! Unbelievable! Dishonest and disorganized from what I could see. Burquitlam plaza is the best vitamin store I've been to but unfortunately I don't live up there anymore! I don't feel appreciated! Lol.

Very disrespectful and insensitive employee. She is very aggressive with customers and her tone is very negative and loud. I have witnessed at least 4 customers get yelled at including my family. But as soon as i confronted her she started to act sarcastic and take me as a joke. I will definitely not come back again.
